The Conscious Competitor Program
Conscious Intentions began long before it entered the world of competitive sport.
It began with a deep curiosity about the human heart — about why we react the way we do, how thought patterns shape our lives, and how our nervous systems carry pressure, fear, and expectation.
But my relationship with sport began even earlier.
Growing up, I played competitive softball, basketball, and volleyball. I understand the rhythm of practices, the nerves before big games, the sting of mistakes, and the quiet determination to get better. I know what it feels like to win — and to fall short.
Those experiences shaped me.
Years later, through my training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, holistic coaching, nervous system regulation, and quantum-based healing work, I became devoted to one core principle:
When we learn to be students of ourselves, everything changes.
We begin to notice our patterns.
We pause instead of react.
We understand that a mistake is not a failure — it is a miss-take.
And in both life and sport, we are always given a re-take.
As I stepped into leadership within competitive sport — as a coach, a parent, and someone building teams and associations — I began to see the deeper emotional layers athletes carry.
The comparison.
The fear of disappointing others.
The identity tied too tightly to performance.
The tension that sometimes follows them home.
And I realized the tools I had been teaching for years were needed here.
The same CBT principles that help someone reframe limiting thoughts help an athlete reset after a tough inning.
The same nervous system awareness that supports healing helps a player steady themselves before stepping into the batter’s box.
The same holistic coaching that strengthens identity helps a young person remember who they are beyond the scoreboard.
This work did not leave healing behind.
It brought it into the arena.
Conscious Intentions has evolved into this space because my heart could not ignore the need.
This is about more than performance.
It is about building confidence from the inside out.
It is about strengthening families through shared growth.
It is about raising grounded, aware, resilient young people who can pursue excellence without losing themselves.
Sport will stretch them.
My hope is that it shapes them — with strength, maturity, and heart.

A 6-Week Private Coaching Experience
Investment: $895
The Conscious Competitor Program is a thoughtfully designed six-week experience for competitive athletes and their families who want to pursue excellence without losing connection, confidence, or identity along the way.
Through six private athlete sessions and one dedicated parent education session, athletes learn to regulate under pressure, reset after miss-takes, strengthen emotional maturity, and build confidence from the inside out. Structured reflection tools and practical performance strategies ensure growth that extends beyond the season and into life.
This is not reactive coaching.
It is intentional development — of character, resilience, and grounded competitive presence.
